  • Where can I see all your products and new arrivals?
    Our website contains our full catalogue consisting of a curated selection of brands we carry. Alternatively, you can keep up to date with our new arrivals through our Instagram, telegram and posts on our website.   • What brands do you guys carry?
    At Luxvit, we mainly focus on Italian brands; given our full-time operation status in Milan. Additionally, we do handle a few other well-loved luxury brands. Nonetheless, for those looking for brands and items that are not listed in our webpage, you can directly contact us for specific requests.
  • Are your goods authentic and do you guys handle goods that are new or pre-loved?
    We only source from official stores or official connections in Europe. Thus, all our offerings are genuine and brand new. Receipts and proof of purchases and forms of authenticity, will be included alongside your purchase; allowing you to rest easy when you purchase with us.
  • Where does Luxvit deliver to?
    Luxvit delivers primarily to Singapore and Indonesia, but international deliveries are also possible. For clients outside of SG and ID, do contact us directly so we can make the relevant arrangements. Kindly note that we only do door-to-door deliveries, and deliveries are only possible either via physical meetups or addresses that are not PO boxes or parcel lockers. Thanks for your understanding.
  • Why am I unable to buy the some of the goods seen on your instagram/telegram online store ?
    Regrettably, our stock is time-sensitive and limited, thus you might run into the inconvenience of attempting to buy a product which is out of stock. In that event, please kindly drop us a message and we will make the proper arrangements to ensure that you obtain your heart's desire.
  • What can I expect upon receiving the product I purchase from LuxVit?
    LuxVit ensures that the products being purchased are 100% authentic and brand new. Depending on destination, some original packaging such as (box, official brand paper bag and dust bag) might be delivered separately from the product itself.
  • Are prices inclusive of GST?
    Yes, prices are inclusive of GST. For clients outside of SG, prices are not inclusive of any import duties associated with your country so kindly contact us so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
  • How does Luxvit guarantee that your items are genuine?
    Luxvit only deals directly with brands. All products are purchased only at official boutiques or sources working at official stores. As such, all products will be genuine and in the official databases.
  • Do your items come with any forms of proof of authenticity?
    Yes. For all products, different forms confirming the authenticity of the product will be given to you. Please refer to post-purchase process if you wish to know more, or contact us, our team would love to assist you.
